Transpo-Environmental Consulting, Inc., doing business as TRE Consulting, Inc. (TRE), was founded in 1997. TRE's published capabilities span infrastructure development, environmental management, planning, engineering, risk management, resilience, and consulting support.

The firm's work focuses on transportation and infrastructure, including seaports, airports, rail and intermodal facilities, as well as energy, municipal, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Leadership

Jay R. Jahangiri serves as Principal Managing Director. The existing TRE website describes his multidisciplinary background in environmental engineering, construction and program management, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning.
